BAPE shoes are a large part of the driving force which make BAPE the high-demand brand that it is known to be. Banking on the longtime hobby/obssession of trendy urbanites, BAPESTA's are just another notch to gain on every sneaker freak's belt. That Nigo's a smart man, we tried to figure out his recipe for mainstream recognition and this is what we came up with:

BAPE shoes

Ingredients:
1/2 cup of Baskin Robbins pink
1/2 cup of Chocolate Brown
1 yard of patent leather
1/2 yard of rubber
1 already popular sneaker mold (in this case Air Force 1)
3 Big name celebrities (any combination of Jay-Z, Kanye West, Cassidy and/or Pharrell will do
1 Expensive Pricetag ($180.00 and up)
1 Fancy spinning display case

Melt pink ice cream and chocolate in seperate bowls. Pour mixture into mold, being very careful not to mix colours. Insert strips of patent leather and rubber into mold, and bake mold in oven for approx. 3 hours at 500-675degrees farenheit.

Remove mold from oven and place shoes on feet of desired celebrity, we'll start with Kanye West. BE CAREFUL, mold is hot! Kanye's already got enough to complain about, you don't need to give him anymore ammo. Now drop Kanye off at major PR event, such as the BET awards. Listen for the soft buzz of the crowd wondering where these hot new sneakers have come from.
